Both Linda and Keith are permanent crew aboard High Aspect and oversaw the yachts fitting out before leaving England to cruise charter the Mediterranean and Red Sea.
The captain, Keith Jones, has been involved in water sports from an early age with green water canoeing, dinghy sailing and surfing and has been a proficient water-skier and board sailor for many years. He started diving in 1985 and knows most of the sites from Kenya, Zanzibar & Pemba and The Seychelles. Previously he was a consulting engineer involved in many areas of technical computing and electronics, an ideal background for the captain who has second duties as chief engineer and maintains all the yachts systems. The Chef, Linda Goddard, has been involved in culinary delights for 15 years and, after many years as chef in hotels, restaurants and country clubs, opened her own catering company. Providing services for wedding receptions, company functions and specialising in dinner parties. The largest reception being 135 guests for a three course dinner and evening buffet. Linda is a qualified Open Water Diver and medically trained has overseen the compilation of the ships medical chest. A keen sailor and being 1st Mate enables Linda to helm the yacht and she enjoys both coastal and oceanic navigation.
The deckhand/bosun, Steve, is a local Seychellois and joined the yacht in 1998. His local knowledge and love of the sea makes him an excellent and informative guide on shore trips and when snorkelling or fishing. Fluent in both English and French plus of course Creole
